METHOD
Without coring the apple, finely slice the apple into discs.
Cover a baking sheet in greaseproof paper.
Lay the sliced apple out on the sheet and sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper & coconut sugar.
Bake for 18 minutes flipping them half way through the cooking process.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool completely so that they crisp up.
Serve with a LARGE glass of very cold white wine.
