PALEO, GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE & GRAIN FREE
Trust me every one will go nuts for these chilly chocolatey treats.

INGREDIENTS
1 tub of nobo chocolate & almond ice-cream
1/2 cup of dates
1/3 up of honey
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup almonds(toasted)
Optional
Raspberries & blueberries
METHOD
Remove the pits from the dates and leave them soak in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain off most of the water(reserve about a teaspoon of it) and add the dates to a blender.
Blitz for 30-45 seconds until the dates have been broken down. Then add the honey and blitz for a further 45 seconds until the now caramel like sauce is slightly runny.
