PALEO, VEGAN, RAW, DAIRY FREE, GLUTEN FREE
These little beauties are so easy to make and can be topped with a variety of tasty toppings. I first saw this idea when I was in California during the summer, its such a clever healthy substitute for ice-cream.
INGREDIENTS
What you will need
2 bananas
80g 85%dark chocolate
3 tbs coconut oil
handful of chopped walnuts
handful of chopped almonds
sticks
METHOD
Chop up the nuts of your choice into smallish pieces. Its okay if there are a few larger ones.
Double or triple dip the frozen banana into the melted chocolate and roll over the nuts immediately, covering the entire banana. The chocolate hardens in a few seconds so you need to be quick.
Enjoy munching on a little bit of healthy heaven.
