INGREDIENTS
- 1 BANANA
- HANDFUL OF FROZEN BERRIES
- 1/2 AND APPLE
- JUICE OF 1/2 A LEMON
- 1 TEASPOON OF HONEY OR VANILLA ESSENCE
- 4 WALNUTS
- 2 TABLESPOONS OF GLUTEN FREE ORGANIC OATS
- WATER OR ALMOND MILK TO LOOSEN
- BLUEBERRIES OR STRAWBERRIES TO GARNISH
METHOD
Blitz until you get a smooth drinkable consistency, add more water or almond milk to loosen.
Pour into a mason jar or large glass.
Serve with or without ice.
Garnish with berries and oats.
Drink.
