INGREDIENTS
- 1 Zucchini
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp of Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg
- 2 Spring Onions
- 50-70g Almond Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Low Cal Oil (for frying)
- 30g Parmigiana Reggiano
Then pat dry with some kitchen towel, just to doubly make sure that there is as little moisture as possible!
Finely chop your spring onion.
