500g low fat yogurt
1 tbls maple syrup
300g Flahavan's Oats
1 tbls baking soda
100g mixed seeds
Next, add the oats, baking soda, nuts and seeds and stir until everything is well combined.
Line a bread loaf tin with greaseproof paper and poor the mixture in. Sprinkle over nuts or seeds of choice (optional), and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes, reduce heat and bake for a further 30 minutes at 150 degrees C.
Leave cool before removing from bread tin.
Slice and serve!
