440g (1 tin) chickpeas drained
2 slices of wholegrain or while bread
2 cloves of garlic (peeled)
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp smoked paprika
juice 1 lime
1/2 red chilli
large bunch of fresh coriander
salt & pepper

1 tomato
1 avocado

Finely dice the chilli and fresh coriander, stir this into the burger mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
On a medium heat add a little olive oil to a frying pan. With your hands form the burger patties into 1 inch thick discs. Cook on each side for 5/7 minutes until golden brown.
To serve, place on a bed of salad leaves. Slice up the tomato and avocado. Lay the avocado and tomato on top of the burger patty. Sprinkle over some slices of chilli and coriander leaves and squeeze over a drizzle of lime. Enjoy
